Fitness / Health Tracking

Inside, Amazfit Band 7 packs a BioTracker 3.0 PPG biometric sensor along with a 3-axis acceleration and geomatic sensor. This allows the fitness band to track heart rate, SpO2, and stress throughout the day. Furthermore, users can follow their sleep cycle, steps, and PAI using the band. It also notifies the users in case of any abnormalities in the heart rate, blood oxygen, or stress level. For fitness enthusiasts, the tracker sports 120 built-in sports modes. It doesn't feature GPS though, so you have to make do with it from your smartphone. It is compatible with both Android and iOS platforms.

As for battery endurance, the 232mAh on the Amazift Band 7 is rated for 18 days of typical use. It will last up to 28 days on battery saver mode. It will ship with a proprietary magnetic charger inside the box.
