Acer Predator gaming laptops can be categorized into two main groups. The first is the Predator Helios. Acer Predator Helios gaming laptops come with high-end CPUs, the latest GPU, advanced cooling, and other gaming features.

Acer Predator Triton Series

Acer Predator Triton laptops look a lot like their Helios counterpart. However, they are positioned as more premium laptops. These laptops come with all-metal chassis compared to metal + plastic on the Helios. Given the same specs sheet, Predator is thinner, lighter, and thus, more portable than Helios.
