The Galaxy Tab S9 FE became one of the best budget-friendly Android tablets. And now, quite obviously, the company is planning to continue this lineup by adding a successor series. Here, we are talking about the upcoming Galaxy Tab S10 FE and FE+. There are some fresh rumors about the specifications of these upcoming devices. Let’s dive into the details.
Galaxy S10 FE Series Overview
The FE series has always been the go-to for those seeking an affordable tablet with a similar experience to high-end models. The upcoming S10 FE series will follow this trend. While these new tablets will look like the S9 FE models, some key changes are expected.
Design and Display
The Galaxy S10 FE and S10 FE+ will closely resemble the Galaxy Tab S9 FE with a plain, sleek design. The FE+ model will measure 300.5mm x 194.7mm and be 6mm thick. These models will come in Gray, Silver, and Blue colors.

The Tab S10 FE will have a 10.9-inch display with a 2304 x 1440 resolution, while the FE+ will sport a larger 13.1-inch screen with a 2880 x 1800 resolution. It’s still unclear whether Samsung will upgrade the panels to OLED or stick with LCD. Since these are "FE" models, I think...I think they are more likely to stick with LCD. Moreover, both tablets will feature an IP68 rating and a metallic build and will come with an S Pen for note-taking and drawing.
Under the hood, both the tablets will run on the Exynos 1580 chip with an octa-core setup. The processor includes 1 Cortex-A720 core at 2900 MHz, 3 cores at 2600 MHz, and 4 cores at 1950 MHz. This new chip will deliver up to 45% better performance and up to 80% better graphics performance compared to the Exynos 1380 used in the S9 FE series. Both models will offer 8GB or 12GB of RAM with 128GB or 256GB of storage.
For battery life, the FE model will have an 8,000 mAh battery, while the FE+ will feature a larger 10,090 mAh battery. Both tablets will support 45W wired charging. On the back, expect a simple 13MP camera with a flash. Front-facing, both devices will have a 12MP ultrawide camera capable of recording 4K video at 30fps.
As of now, there’s no official word from Samsung, but the Tab S10 FE and FE+ are expected to launch soon, likely around the same time as Samsung’s other MWC releases.
