As the name suggests, the laptop features a 16-inch screen on the front with minimal bezels. The company has not specified the type of panel over here, but it is most likely an IPS LCD. It spans 3,072 x 1,920 pixels achieving 3K resolution. Moreover, you get a high refresh rate of 165Hz, a wide colour gamut of 100% DCI-P3, and a colour accuracy of ΔE<0.5. This screen also boasts a double TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light and no flicker.

Performance

Honor spends a great volume of its overview space talking about the AI capabilities of the MagicBook Pro 16. Firstly, the laptop is capable of AI-empowered cross-OS collaboration. The on-device AI and the computing heavy lifting are done by a combination of Intel Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 5 processors with Intel Arc GPU and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series of dedicated graphics cards. It runs on Windows on the OS side of things. On the memory side of things, the MagicBook Pro 16 comes with 24GB of LPDDR5X-6400MHz RAM accompanied by 1TB of SSD.

The latest Honor laptop packs a 75Wh battery in the tank. With this, the company is claiming up to 12 hours of battery life, thanks to their OS Turbo i.e. platform-level AI optimisation. Other than that, this laptop also supports spatial audio which Honor claims to be the first in the world for a Windows PC.
