Honor has introduced the Honor Watch 5 Ultra, the first in its lineup to feature ECG functionality. The smartwatch also brings a new Free Diving Mode and a titanium build. Alongside the watch, Honor announced the global launch of the Honor Pad V9 and Honor Buds Open. This article will discuss everything about the latest Honor Watch 5 Ultra, including its expected price in Nepal.
Honor Watch 5 Ultra Overview
Design and Display
The Honor Watch 5 Ultra features a circular display inside an octagonal frame. It uses Grade 5 titanium alloy for the mid-frame, while the back consists of a ceramic-like material and a polymer fiber composite. The front is protected by sapphire crystal. The watch is available in Black and Brown, with a fluoroelastomer and leather strap option.
The watch has a 1.5-inch AMOLED display with a 466 x 466 resolution and 310 PPI. It uses LTPO technology, allowing an adaptive refresh rate of up to 60Hz. The Always-On Display mode is also available.
Durability and Water Resistance
The Honor Watch 5 Ultra introduces a Free Diving Mode, supporting dives up to 40m (130ft) underwater. This is an improvement over previous Honor smartwatches, which had a 5 ATM water resistance rating.
Health and Fitness Features
The watch includes ECG functionality for the first time. The Quick Health Scan provides instant ECG readings, and the Health Monitor Report summarizes daily health data. Other features include** all-day health tracking** for heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress levels, healthy morning Report with a daily health summary and over 100 sports modes for fitness tracking.
User Interface and Features
Users can navigate the interface using the rotating crown. The watch supports over 10,000 watch faces and Scenario Service Cards for quick access to weather, fitness tracking, and other functions. A built-in speaker allows users to take calls directly from the watch.
