On the front, the Band 7 features a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with a 194 x 368 pixels resolution. As a perk of the AMOLED screen, you can also use the Always-on display (AoD) feature. Huawei offers over 7000 watch faces to choose from.
Furthermore, the band is 9.9mm thick and weighs only 16 grams. On the right edge, there's a button for turning the device on and off.
In terms of health and wellness features, the Band 7 employs Huawei’s TruSeen 4.0 technology for heart rate monitoring. Similarly, Huawei TruSleep 2.0 technology accurately identifies major sleep problems and provides personalized sleep assistance and 200+ sleep improvement suggestions. Band 7 also has 96 distinct sports modes to select from. For this, it uses sensors like an accelerometer and a gyroscope. It is also available in an NFC variant that lets you make hassle-free payments, but it is limited to the Chinese market.Moreover, the smart band has 5ATM protection, allowing it to endure a depth of 50 meters in a pool or open water. Similarly, Huawei promises that a full charge would last up to 14 days.
