Huawei, the Chinese tech giant has added a new product to its wearable division in the form of Huawei Eyewear 2. Even though there is very limited information in regard to the product right now, let's discuss all we know about the new Huawei Eyewear 2, including its features, specs, and expected price in Nepal.

Huawei Eyewear 2 Overview:

Design

The Huawei Eyewear lineup is basically an earbud in the form of spectacles or sunglasses. The Eyewear 2 features a titanium frame and boasts an IP54 rating too. These new glasses are available in two styles, one of which has a noticeable rim, whereas the other one has a very minimal rim. Huawei Eyewear 2 also offers interchangeable Zeiss prescription lenses that can magnetically attach to the main glass frame.

Features

These smart glasses offer various touch gesture controls through the temples. Huawei also says it supports Private Acoustic 2.0, but the company hasn't shared much info about it. At this time, it seems as if the Eyewear 2 has received an upgrade only in its battery. So, we are assuming every other spec is the same as the first-gen Huawei Eyewear. The playback and call time seem to have almost doubled in the Huawei Eyewear 2. Reports say that Eyewear 2 will be providing 9 hours of call time, compared to the 4.5 hours of its predecessor. In the meantime, Huawei advertises 11 hours of music listening with their new smart glasses, compared to 6 hours in the last gen.

Huawei Eyewear 2 Price in Nepal and Availability

The official price of Huawei Eyewear 2 is EUR 300 and it's set to be available from mid-October 2023. If it ever arrives here, we expect the Huawei Eyewear 2 price in Nepal to be around NPR 49,500.
