Infinix launched the Hot 50 Pro+ just a few days ago with a slim, curved build. Now, the company has outed a non-plus version with some tweaks. Let's discuss the Infinix Hot 50 Pro in further detail, including its expected price in Nepal.
Infinix Hot 50 Pro Overview
Design and Display
Like other members of the Hot 50 series, the Infinix Hot 50 Pro shares a nearly identical design language with distinctive squircle-shaped camera cutouts. Unlike its Pro+ counterpart, this phone has opted for flat frames and edges. It retains the IP54 water and dust resistance though. It comes in three colour options: Titanium Grey, Sleek Black, and Glacier Blue.
On the front, the device sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. It can switch between 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the screen has an instant touch sampling rate of 1,500Hz. It also offers 1,800 nits of peak brightness and a colour depth of a billion while covering the full DCI-P3 colour gamut. Infinix is offering 2,160Hz PWM dimming too with the Hot 50 Pro.
Performance
In a similar fashion to the majority of its series compatriots, the Infinix Hot 50 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100. The chipset is built on a 6nm process and offers a peak clock speed of 2.2GHz. Moreover, it comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which is expandable through a dedicated microSD card slot supporting up to 2TB. The phone also supports Dynamic RAM Expansion (DRE).
This hardware enables smooth gaming, with 90FPS support on FreeFire and Mobile Legends Bang Bang. A 5,000 mAh battery keeps the phone powered, paired with 33W charging. Furthermore, features like different charging modes, Bypass charging, Overnight charging protection, and Charging liquid detection help preserve battery health.
For photography, the Infinix Hot 50 Pro comes equipped with a 50MP primary camera. It is coupled with a Hi-5022Q 1/2.8” sensor. The rear camera setup also includes a 2MP auxiliary lens, though its specifics are yet to be disclosed. Meanwhile, on the front, you get an 8MP camera with the GC08A8 sensor for selfies.
Infinix Hot 50 Pro also integrates Infinix AI, divided into two categories: AI Creation and AI Life. AI Creation offers features like object removal, sticker cutouts, and image generation, while AI Life includes the Folax AI voice assistant, text summarisation, and voice-assisted photo capture.

Infinix Hot 50 Pro Price in Nepal and Availability
In a classic Infinix fashion, the phone's price has not been revealed yet. However, we can do some guesswork over here. This phone stands somewhere between the Hot 50 4G and Hot 50 Pro+ in the specs, so its price might land somewhere in the middle too. Given that, we expect the Infinix Hot 50 Pro price in Nepal to be around NPR 30,000.
