Redmi Buds 6 Play launched in Nepal at an affordable price!
Redmi introduced three new versions of its TWS earbuds in the 6 series: the Active, Lite, and Play back in 2024. Now, the latter two have launched in Nepal as well. So, in this article, we'll explore the design, specifications, and official price of the Redmi Buds 6 Play in Nepal.

      Redmi Buds 6 Play Overview

      Design

The design of the Redmi Buds 6 Play closely mirrors that of the Redmi Buds 6 Lite but with a distinct short-stem look and a matte finish. With a bean-shaped structure, they come in an in-ear fit design. These earbuds provide an IPX4 rating, offering reliable protection against water splashes. Each earbud weighs 4.2 grams, making them slightly heftier than the Redmi Buds 6 Active, but that will surely not make any compromise their portability. The charging case sports a slee, curved design with a small external light indicator. These earbuds are available in Blue, White, Blue, and Pink colour.

      Audio

Talking about the audio, the Redmi Buds 6 Play is fitted with 10mm dynamic drivers. They have AI-driven noise reduction technology, ensuring clear audio during calls. Additionally, the earbuds offer five distinct EQ modes: Standard, Enhanced Bass, Enhanced Voice, Enhanced Treble, and Enhanced Volume – that are designed to distinguish between human voices and background noise, effectively minimizing surrounding disturbances even in noisy environments.

      Features and Battery

The Buds 6 Play is coupled with Bluetooth 5.4, ensuring efficient wireless connectivity with support for low-energy, HFP, A2DP, and AVRCP profiles. They feature a one-tap Bluetooth pairing function, though it's currently limited to Android devices only. In terms of battery life, each earbud houses a 57mAh battery, while the charging case contains a 600mAh cell. The buds offer up to 7.5 hours of playtime on a single charge, and with the charging case, this extends to 36 hours. Additionally, a quick 10-minute charge provides approximately 3 hour of playback, making them convenient for on-the-go use.
