Galaxy Chromebook Go comes in a body measuring 15.9mm in thickness and weighs just 1.45 kg. The silver chassis encloses a 14-inch TFT panel, which packs in a total of 1366 x 768 pixels. It can lay flat on a surface because of the 180º hinge.

Performance and Memory

Inside, the Chromebook Go packs Intel Celeron N4500. This dual-core processor boasts a maximum frequency (single-core) of 2.80 GHz. Plus, its mere 6W TDP means this CPU doesn't require any active cooling mechanism either. As for memory, users can choose between 4GB and 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Similarly, Galaxy Chromebook Go is offered with 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB of eMMC storage.

Audio and Video

Moving on, Chromebook Go features two speakers, each of which is capable of 1.5W output—totaling to 3W. There is an HD webcam and a digital mic to facilitate video calling.

Backing the whole setup is a 42.3Wh battery which supports 45W charging via a Type-C port. Samsung has included two Type-C, one Type-A port, and a headphone jack. In addition, there is a MicroSD card and a nano security slot. In terms of wireless connectivity, you get Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. You can also tap into an LTE network using the nano-SIM slot.
