Samsung's back with a new F-series phone after nearly two years. The Galaxy F36 5G is the follow-up to the 2023 Galaxy F34 and seems to be for those users who want long-term software support and a clean feature set under budget. This article will discuss everything about the latest Galaxy F36 5G, including its price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.
The F36 5G packs a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate — sharp, bright, and smooth. The panel’s protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+, and up top, you’ll spot a small Infinity-U notch. It’s got a side fingerprint scanner, and around the back, there’s a leather-like finish that keeps it lightweight at 197g with a slim 7.7mm frame.
At its core is Samsung’s Exynos 1380 chip, the same one we’ve seen in some A-series phones. You can choose between 6GB or 8GB of RAM, and there’s 128GB of storage either way. Meanwhile, if you are looking for more space, mind you, the phone aslo supports up to 2TB of extended storage.
The real kicker here is the software. It runs Android 15 with One UI 7 out of the box, and Samsung promises six years of updates — both major Android versions and security patches.
You’re getting a triple-camera setup on the back: a 50MP main lens with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro. The front shooter is 13MP. Both front and rear cameras can shoot in 4K . Battery’s 5,000mAh and supports 25W fast charging. Just keep in mind, there's no charger in the box.
There’s support for 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC with Tap and Pay, and USB Type-C. The speakers are bottom-firing and tuned for Hi-Fi audio. It’ll be available in three colors: Coral Red, Luxe Violet, and Onyx Black.
The Galaxy F36 5G starts at INR 17,499 in India and goes up to INR 18,999. Based on that, we expect it to arrive in Nepal with a starting price of no less than NPR 35,000.
Variant | Price in India (Official) | Price in Nepal (Expected) |
---|---|---|
6GB + 128GB | INR 17,499 | NPR 35,000 |
8GB + 128GB | INR 18,999 | NPR 37,000 |
