Samsung launched a new phone under its M-series in India — the Galaxy M36 — a couple of weeks ago. It's the follow-up to last year's Galaxy M35, and we can now confirm that this phone is arriving soon in Nepal as well. This article will discuss everything about the Samsung Galaxy M36, including its expected price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.
The phone comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. It supports Full HD+ resolution and refreshes at 120Hz. In addition, the screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+.
It has a 13MP front camera inside a waterdrop notch.
This Samsung Galaxy M36 5G features a rectangular form factor with rounded corners and relatively thin bezels around the display. The device has a triple rear camera system positioned in the upper left corner of the back panel, with each camera lens housed in separate circular cutouts rather than a unified camera bump.
The back appears to have a smooth, flat surface in a light-colored finish. The front display takes up most of the device's face with minimal bezels, and there appears to be a small front-facing camera cutout or notch at the top of the screen.
On the back, there’s a triple-camera setup with a 50MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro sensor. The phone comes in three color options: Orange Haze, Velvet Black, and Serene Green.
Under the hood, it’s powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1380 chip. You can pick either 6GB or 8GB of RAM, while storage goes up to 256GB. It boots on One UI 7, based on Android 15. Samsung has promised 6 Android version updates. The Galaxy M36 is fueled by a 5,000mAh battery. It supports 25W fast charging over USB-C.
Colors: Orange Haze, Velvet Black, Serene Green
