On the front, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ has an 11-inch panel with a 1200 x 1920 px resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. However, the A9 has a much smaller screen (8.7 inches), refreshes at 60Hz, and has an 800 x 1320 px resolution.

      Performance

For a budget tablet, the Galaxy Tab A9 features a Helio G99 SoC. This 6nm fabbed midrange chip from Mediatek has two Cortex-A76 (@2.2 GHz) and six Cortex-A55 (@2 GHz) CPU cores. Whereas the A9+ houses a more powerful Snapdragon 695 chip (6nm) instead. This one has a more powerful CPU cluster with Cortex-A78 (@2.2 GHz) and six Cortex-A55 (@1.8 GHz) cores. Additionally, these two come in 4/64GB as well as 8/128GB configurations for storage. You can also expand the storage by up to 1TB via a micro SD card. In terms of software, these two run on Android 13-based One UI 5.1.
